SmartBen allows you to reset your password if you have a valid email address in the system. Once you enter your username and birth date, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you did not receive an email with the password reset link within a few minutes, you may not have a valid email address in the SmartBen system, or the email may have been sent to an old email address.
If you were unsuccessful in resetting your password or if you have forgotten your username, please contact your HR administrator for assistance.
For security purposes, SmartBen limits the number of consecutive unsuccessful login attempts made with a single username. Once the allowable attempts have been exceeded, the account will be temporarily locked out and you will need to reset your password.
